    Yes! We are working on 7 days of the week, including Sunday. As we keep our offices open and pay our team members overtime, we charge an extra fee for Sunday bookings.

    After the service is completed, we send you an email or printed documents if need. with the invoice. You can always contact us for any additional details.
  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?
    We understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control. We require at least 24 hours cancellation notice prior to a scheduled cleaning. There is a $50 late cancellation/lock-out fee for cancelling or rescheduling a visit in less than 24 hours before the visit. The same fee applies if we are unable to gain access to your home.

    Your cleaning appointment will be scheduled on a day that is convenient for you. Your house will always be cleaned on that same day based on the frequency of the service you have requested.
